Pay Structure
- $1,200 biweekly base pay
- $300 per vehicle sold (uncapped commission)
- Performance-based bonuses available
Your income is directly tied to your production. The more you sell, the more you make—simple as that.

- 5 days per week

The Role
We’re looking for someone who can work leads, build value, and close deals consistently. This is a high-accountability environment where effort and results matter.

You will handle the full sales process—from greeting and qualifying customers to closing deals and delivering vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in customers confidently
- Build rapport quickly and identify buying intent
- Present inventory and create urgency
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate value
- Follow up on leads daily (calls, texts, CRM)
- Structure and close deals while maintaining gross
- Work with a wide range of credit profiles
- Deliver vehicles and ensure a strong customer experience
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior sales experience required (automotive preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Salesperson License (DMV)
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
